The old adage “Time is Money” is never truer than when it comes to selling your home. One of the first things I do after listing a home for sale is assist you in staging your home. I want to show your home off in its best light to maximize your potential and to sell quickly. To help me accomplish this, I have partnered with an interior designer, Regina Yensen, of “ Elegant Interiors By Reg”. You will not only receive the benefit of your realtor but also that of a professional interior designer, at no cost to you. We will view your home with the eye of a buyer-what works, what doesn’t work. We will then make recommendations to put your home on a fast track toward a quick sale and for more money.
